Client’s right and responsibility:

Implement all issues based on both agreement cooperativly and volunteerly.
Providing full information such as: Full name, address, phone number for the buyers when having demands of shipping the goods.
Fully liquidate to the seller based on both agreement in purchasing/selling products.
Shipping methods:
Internal of Ho Chi Minh City.
External of Ho Chi Minh City and provinces: We ship the goods to clients through the Transporters.
Payment:
Liquidate based on the agreement between clients and VCAF.
Return and Refund policy:
Return and refun policy will be negotiate between clients and VCAF.
Information Security:
All of the client’s information will be keep it as information security and will not be public. We guarantee not to leak clients’ information to an irrelevant third party without clients agreement. Unless a few uncertainties: Request from the competent authorities (police, government,…)
Client’s information only used for shipping purpose.
We commit that we will not share or sell clients’ information for others purpose beyond the scope of website.
